Was born in Sevastopol in a noble family, related to Karasinym. The first drawing lessons received in St. Petersburg the artist Smolich-Ruchkovsky. In 1920 he settled in Paris. Bunin with illustrations. In 1973 at the initiative hosted the days of Ivan Bunin in Grasse. Participated in the Salons of Independent, the Tuileries, exhibitions in Paris, Lyon, Arles, Grasse. In 1972 he held solo exhibitions in Paris and Stockholm. Buried in Sainte-geneviève-des-Bois.
