The black sea fleet retired; the official XIV class. A foreign student of the Academy of fine Arts 1826 (by OPH). In 1833 - 2 gold medal for the "View from nature in Pargolovo"; in 1834 - 1 gold medal for "View in Pargolovo". In 1836, recognized as "designated"; in 1839 - the title of academician of landscape painting and perspective in "view of the Exchange in St. Petersburg". (Kondakov)
