Born in Altai, p., Kordon, Zalesovsky district,. He graduated from the Moscow Textile Institute. Kosygin in 1980. Permanent participant of art exhibitions since 1990. Since 2007 member of the Ministry of agriculture. Paintings are in private collections in Russia, USA, Germany, France, UK, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Montenegro, China, and Japan.
