A graduate of the Academy of Arts from 1824 Received medals: 1829-2 silver; 1832-2 silver; 1835-1 silver; 1836-1 silver and 2 gold for the painting "Building the ark"; in the same year, issued the certificate for the title of class artist of historical painting.
