Honored artist of Russia (1960). Laureate of the State prize them.And.E.Repin (1969). Medal VDNH USSR (1960, 1972, 1978, 1986, 1987). Born in the village of Vinogradovo Nizhny Novgorod province. For many years he was the chief artist Koverninskogo factory "Khokhloma artist". Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1970. Exhibitor of zone exhibitions "Great Volga" (1974, 1980, 1985, 1991, 1998, 2003), the participant of Republican, all-Union and all-Russian exhibitions (a total of 27, including "Russia - IX", 1999; "your Name", 2000) and 23 international art exhibitions.
