He graduated from the Ufa school of arts in 1974 and graduated from Ufa state Institute of arts in 1979 After graduation he worked at the Ufa art school. From 1983, he taught drawing, painting and composition at the art school for children in the city of Berezovsky, Sverdlovsk region. In 1992, she was accepted as a teacher of painting in the Ural state Academy of architecture and art. Currently, R. M. Fasihov leads the Academy not only painting, but also the elective course in the tapestry. Artistic career began in 1973, participating in regional, national, zonal and Russian art exhibitions.
