In 1983 graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repin in the Studio of Professor B. S. Ugarov. The main creations of Faith Kondulukov are "One of Ivan Denisovich" (1980), "Windy day. Baikal" (1983), "Sasha is an athlete" (1984), "Return to their homes. 1945" (1986), "Inna" (1990), "Portrait of mother" (1992).

Personal exhibitions of the artist were held in Russia and abroad (Finland, Hungary, Cyprus).

Works are in art museums of Ulyanovsk, Tolyatti, Samara, Helsinki (Finland), Limassol (Cyprus).
