In 1914 – 17, he studied at the art school of Penza, and in 1918 – 19 years – in the workshop of N. The Altman in Petrograd.

In 1919 she moved to Riga already with her husband Romans Suta.

In 1920, the artist adopted in the Riga group of artists and is a member until 1924, and participated in exhibitions of the group (1920, 1923). At this time, she draws caricatures in the satirical and political leaves. Also in 1924 – 28 years, together with R. Suta and S. Vidbergs A. beļcova works in the enterprise Baltars where painted ware from porcelain. She participates in the exhibitions of the society Riga Graphs.

In a series of exhibitions A. Belcova also participated in the exhibitions of the society “Zaļā vārna” (1927 – 31).

Personal exhibitions are organized in Riga (1928, together with R. Suta, 1962, 1972), Tukums (1963), Leningrad (1972/73), Liepaja (1974), Jurmala (1977). Memorable exhibitions – in Riga (1984), liepāja and Madona (1985), Valmiera (1986). Since 1945 she was a member of the Union of artists.
