Jean Pierre Marie Leto (1788-1871) – French engraver-reproducciones, worked mainly in the technique of aquatint and black manner. Studied with famous masters color prints L. F. Debyser, under his influence began to work exclusively as reproductions. Debuted at the Paris Salon in 1817, Engraved from the paintings of David, hue, Belanja, Gosset, Rigo, K., Vernet, etc. Played mostly genre scenes, hunting scenes, landscapes.
