Galina Izosimovna Fedorova was born in 1941 in Staraya Ladoga, Leningrad region. Graduated from the Novgorod art school-studio of the House of creativity. In the art exhibitions of Veliky Novgorod has proved to be a talented artist, and on the recommendation of members of the Union of Artists has been noted in the House of creativity "Senezh" and "Academic dacha named after I. E. Repin", where she perfected the artistic education. The sketches painted during this period made up two personal exhibitions in Veliky Novgorod.
For more than 40 years she worked as a scenic artist, including wall paintings.
G. I. Fedorova's landscapes and still-lifes are distinguished by professional skill, originality and sharpness of composition, expressive drawing and rich color palette, as well as a direct, fresh look at nature, variety and love for the subject performed.

More than 20 solo exhibitions held at the I.M. Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg.
