Masterpieces of New Art. Collection of the Morozov Brothers

The State Tretyakov Gallery takes part in the largest and one of the most significant international museum projects - the exhibition "Masterpieces of New Art. The Morozov Brothers' Collection".

The exhibition includes over 200 masterpieces of fine art of the late 19th and early 20th centuries created by French and Russian painters. They include Manet, Rodin, Monet, Pissarro, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir, Cezanne, Sisley, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Matisse, Derain, Picasso, as well as Vrubel, Golovin, Korovin, Malevich, Repin, Goncharova, Larionov, Serov, Mashkov, Konchalovsky, Saryan, Konenkov and other artists.

An exhibition of works from the collection of the brothers Mikhail and Ivan Morozov is being shown for the first time outside Russia. The exhibition is housed in 10 rooms on four floors of the famous Louis Vuitton Foundation building designed by architect Frank Gehry in the Bois de Boulogne. The State Tretyakov Gallery brought to the exhibition 34 works from the Morozov brothers' collections.
