His photos were published in the most famous magazines, and 15 photo albums with his pictures were printed.
In 1974, Vladimir Antoshchenkov began to take photographs and created his first series of photographic works about Leningrad. In the same year he had his first personal exhibition in the House of Architect. In 1986, he was published in the Soviet Photo magazine. He was an associate professor at the Department of Urban Planning and the Department of Design, and head of the Creative Workshop at the Architectural University of St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering
The exhibition "St. Petersburg Capriccio" presents photographs of Vladimir and his son Dmitry. The exposition is united by the theme of the city of St. Petersburg. Sculptures complement the exhibition.
