Ukrainian painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Born in the village of Kutishchi, Zhytomyr region. Received studio art education in the pre-war period. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. In 1948 he taught drawing at the technical school in Terebovlya, worked as an artist-designer. Participated in exhibitions since 1948. Worked in the genres of landscape, still life, portrait. Participant of personal, republican and all-Union exhibitions of plener in Sednev (1975-1979). Personal exhibitions were held in Terebovl (1980), Ternopil Art Gallery (1982), personal exhibitions in Kremenets (1986), Ternopil Regional Art Museum (1991). Most of the artist's works are kept in the Ternopil Art Museum and private collections.
