We are professional icon painters with higher art education - Oksana and Polina.
Our workshop is located in the city of Sergiev Posad, near the Holy Trinity Sergiev Lavra.
The workshop began its activity in 2003. Thanks to the efforts of professional icon painters.
Based on the ancient traditions of icon painting and in strict observance of Orthodox canons, we create images close to the spiritual experience of the modern Christian.
All icons we create with love, at a high artistic level, with the obligatory consideration of the customer's wishes.
We paint icons on lime board with oak veneers. We use only high-quality, durable paints and materials to paint icons. Gilding of the icon we perform with 960 gold leaf. The final coating of the icon with a special varnish reliably protects the gold and the colorful layer from damage.
THE TEN PRINCIPLES OF OUR WORKSHOP:
1. All our icons are exclusively handmade. At the customer's request, we send photos of the stages of icon painting.
2. We paint icons strictly according to the canon.
3. We use only high quality materials: lime boards with oak veneers, tempera paints with the addition of egg emulsion, 960 gold leaf. After painting we cover the icon with natural linseed olypha and protective varnish, which guarantees the icons durability and UV protection.
4. We guarantee high quality of execution. Come to our workshop, we will tell and show you how we create icons.
5. To each icon we enclose a Certificate of Quality, signed and stamped.
6. To each customer we treat with great respect, when writing an icon we take into account all wishes within the canon.
7. Decorate the icon with engraving and enamels.
8. We make a gift inscription on the back of the icon.
9. If necessary, we will place the icon in a gift case or kiot.

Icons in our workshop can be ordered from 6 000 rubles to 500 000 rubles and more depending on the complexity of the composition and style of writing.
- We make copies of icons.
- Developing new iconographies within the canon
Payment for the order is divided into two parts. First we make an advance payment of 25% of the total cost, we send you a check for the advance payment. After that we start working on the icon. When the icon is written we send you a photo and after that we protect the icon with olyph and varnish. Then, after we send you the icon by the chosen transportation company. The remaining amount is paid in the way you choose - before shipment, or by cash on delivery.
