In 1956 he graduated from Riga Academy of arts. He studied portrait at the Department of Professor J. H. Tillberga. 1956 – lecturer of the Irkutsk art school. In Novoaltaisk art school works since 1971. Teaches drawing, painting, composition. Participant of regional, regional, regional and personal exhibitions.

Born in the village of Romanovo of Altai Krai..

He studied at Alma-ATA art school, in Kaunas Institute's monumental-decorative art, Latvian Academy of arts of the USSR.

Painter, teacher.

Worked in the genre of portrait and landscape.
