Born in Riga, I957.

1976.- he graduated from the Riga art applied senou school.

1982. – Latvian State Academy of arts – Department of painting of Professor I. Zarins with the thesis "the First school in Vidzeme".

The Academy of fine arts he graduated with a gold medal, in time, studying poluchilsa LLCS scholarship.

Ieva Iltnere Blestyashie one of the most successful and creative contemporary artists.

In the early ' 80s, she along with other artists of his generation has loudly declared itself, radically changing the perceptions of society about the Latvian figural painting. Very creative way raznoobrazny, she created her system of images with a recognizable and bright individual stylem.

Uchastvoval in exhibitions since 1977. A member of the artists Union of Latvia since 1983. 1998. of the year teacher of the Department of Painting at Latvian Academie of arts.
