Painter. B. May 16, 1927 in the village of vil'shany Kharkov region - mind. On 20 August 1992 in Kharkiv. Finished hghu (1943-49) and KhSAI (1949-55), where he studied with A. Coquelles, P. Kotov, L. Chernov. A member HO CFS from 1965. The participant of Republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions since 1951. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv — 1984. Worked at KhSAI - hhpi, head. the Department of painting (from 1991), associate Professor (1974).

In 1943-1949 he studied in Kharkiv state art College, 1949-1955, worked at the Kharkov state art Institute in A. Coquelles, P. Kotov, L. Chernov.
In 1965 he joined the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
Painter. The author of the lyrical genre paintings, revealing the life and traditions of the Ukrainian people. Since 1951, participated in all-Union, Republican and international (Italy, France, Japan) exhibitions. Solo exhibition was held in Kharkov in 1984
Works are kept in Museum of Russian Art in Kiev, in art museums of Kharkov and other cities of Ukraine and former USSR.
