Civil engineer from Simbirsk. Designs and builds. Novgorod in 1913 and 1916, the ensemble of Peasant poselenova Bank (street Piskunova, 39), consisting of administrative buildings, services and fences. For daily supervision of construction moved to N. Novgorod, where in the process, creates thumbnails of the three tile panels for the main building, and stucco majolica insert - "eagles" for the Gables of the side wings. The construction of the Bank's buildings continued during the first world war, when all other construction work in the city were collapsed. Livchak is the author of research works on istracii and theory of architecture.
