Baleeva Oksana – born in 1975, higher pedagogical education, teacher of foreign languages.
Professional artistic education there.
The hobby of painting and drawing came in 2003. The first painting in watercolor, but after a short while came a passion for drawing oil.
In 2004 solo exhibition was held in the town of Onega. Participated in the project "Onega shipbuilders" critic Arkhangelsk region Nina anatolevny Fileway on the territory of the Onega district. Participation in 2005 in the exhibition devoted to O. Cue – the pearl of the Russian North-in Arkhangelsk. In 2006 participated in the bidding project launched by the Creative Union of artists of Russia and the Independent Art Centre in the South of Russia "AvesIriyAurel" on-site art gallery "Aves" in the resort town of Zheleznovodsk in the region of Caucasian Mineral Waters, dedicated to the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Arts (1757-2007.).
In 2004, 2005 and 2006 released 3 electronic album "the youth of the Soul Onega", "the world is not enough...", "somewhere on the edge of the earth..." supporting the non-profit character, bringing a certain feature in the creative activity.
