Born on 25 December 1921 in the village of Kochki Kochkovskaya district of Novosibirsk region.
In 1956 he graduated from the Repin Institute of arts in Repin Rudolf Frentz workshop.
He studied of Piotr Belousov, Mikhail Platunov, Valery Pimenov.
Participant of exhibitions since 1957.
Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1970.
Wrote still lifes, portraits, genre and thematic paintings. Taught at the higher school of industrial art named after V. I. Mukhina (1970-1988).
