Petrovich Pokatashkin

Born in 1940 in Gomel. He graduated from the Minsk art College in 1963, Vitebsk pedagogical Institute (art-graphic faculty) in 1974. Studied at N. Golovchenko, T. Ignatenko, A. Shevchenko.
