Alengon Sergey Georgievich was born on 22 June 1958 in the city of Novocherkassk, Rostov region, RSFSR. In 1986 he graduated from the Krasnoselskoe art school, majoring in art processing of metals. Participant of all-Union (Moscow), Russian (Leningrad) and all-Ukrainian art exhibitions. Since 1998 member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine. In 2001, for contribution to Ukrainian culture, information about Sergei Alingasa as a painter included in the "Encyclopedia of modern Ukraine".
Since 2006: member of League of artists of Donbass "Galatea". The winner of the exhibition "Contemporary jewelry art of Ukraine" (Kyiv, 2006). The winner of the contest "Donetsk and Donetsk" (2nd prize, 2008). Personal exhibition in Donetsk (regional art Museum, 2008).
