The State Historical Museum (SHM) presents a large exhibition project "Handmade connection of times. The Art of Russian Jewelers".
The exhibition is intended to demonstrate the creative connection between the best masters of jewelry art of the past and the present.
"A unique feature of the exhibition was the display of contemporary works together with products of great jewelers of the 18th and 20th centuries from the collection of Gokhran of Russia, most of which have never been exhibited. Visitors of the exhibition have a rare opportunity in the year of the 150th anniversary of the museum to see evidence of the great heritage because the exhibits have a great historical, cultural and artistic value," - said the head of Gokhran of Russia Andrei Yurin.
