Exhibition "Such, Brother, Deeds"

An extraordinary exhibition that encourages a dialogue about the reality around us and what is going on in the world opens at the Primorsky Art Gallery. Mikhail Pavin - contemporary Primorsky photographer, artist, designer, member of the Union of Russian photographers - will present more than forty exhibits from his studio: photographs 1959-1965 and 2020-2022, created using original author's techniques; sculptures from one and a half meters high, printed from plastic on 3D-printer, as well as computer graphics. The works are somewhat surreal, full of vague anxiety, a sense of uncertainty, bringing disorder to the soul. Nevertheless, they are brutal and mesmerizing in their relevance.
The artist provokes the viewer to talk frankly and is not afraid of it, considering it the most necessary and correct way to communicate. Each exhibit tells us that the time has come for change, which cannot be ignored, but must be felt, comprehended, experienced together with the artist. The entire exhibition is more of an installation, which is something whole and full of events, meanings and symbols.
The vernissage is July 8 at 17.00.
The exhibition will run until August 14.
