Vitaly Vasilyevich Nikolenko was born in the village of Sorochikha, Novosibirsk region in 1951.
In 1976 he graduated from the History Department of the Novosibirsk Pedagogical Institute.
In 1984 graduated from the Moscow Correspondence University of Arts, department of easel painting and graphics (teacher Kastorskaya Galina Sergeevna).
In 1994 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Pedagogical University.
Lived and worked in Novosibirsk, Sakha Yakutia (Neryungri), Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region.
More than 600 works are in private collections worldwide.
