Currently I live and work in Tver. I have been painting all my life. I studied at the Children's Art School in Tver, but I got a higher education not related to painting, but continued to engage in creative work as an amateur. I prefer to write pictures of small (30x40, 40x50, 40x60) and medium (up to 80 cm) format oil and acrylic on canvas (on a wooden stretcher, on cardboard). I prefer realism in painting. And when there is an inspiration and visit ideas, I write pictures of surrealistic, abstract direction with elements of symbolism, fantasy. Any picture has its "zest", its peculiarity, associated with the overall color of the picture, contrast, the play of light and shadow, color or with the plot, which tells about the amazing and bright phenomena of nature (sunset, dawn, storm, the beauty of mountain peaks or sea, clouds, etc.). It is impossible to paint a picture without putting an idea into it. It is a conversation with the viewer, with whom the artist shares his emotions, a part of his soul.
I write in genres: still lifes and flowers, a little portraits, sea, mountain, city and just landscapes, as well as free copies of paintings based on motifs. As viewers note, landscapes are written in a somewhat fairy-tale manner, have a calming, quiet character, improve the mood.
Each viewer should find his or her own picture to his or her liking, looking at which one would like to dream and enjoy life. The artist tries to adhere to the phrase that has practically become the motto of life: "Let there always be a moment for happiness, a reason to smile and a time to dream."
I hope you will enjoy viewing the paintings and have a desire to buy them. The paintings were purchased by compatriots, Military Historical Association "32nd Fleet Crew - crew of the 18-gun brig "Mercury".
