Painter. In 1947-1954 he studied at mshsh, 1954-1960 – Moscow art Institute named after V. I. Surikov.
From 1993 to the present time, in the State specialized Institute of arts – Dean of the faculty of arts and head of the Department. Associate Professor (1996).
His major works are "Old Vladivostok" (1962), "a new port" (1964), "the Port city of Vladivostok" (1966), "on the Edge" (1969), "the sound of the sea" (1971), "Misty morning on Shikotan" (1974), "Silence in the Kuril Islands" (1978), "November on Shikotan" (1982), "the Ballad of the family of the fisherman" (1984), "At berth" (1987), "the Artist Eugene Korzh" (1989), "Shikotan. Zolotaya Dolina" (1989), "Neighborhood Malokurilsk in October" (1992), "Iturup. Bay of Space" (between 1989 and 2000), "On the South Kuril Islands short rains" (2001), "a Night on Klyazma" (2001), "every day" (2002), series "Landscapes of suburbs" and "the Kuril Islands" (2003).
Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of ARTS (2002). Honored artist of the RSFSR (1982).
Born in 1936 in Moscow. He studied at the Moscow secondary art school. In 1960 he graduated from the State art Institute. V. I. Surikov, where he studied in the painting workshop under the leadership of P. P. Sokolov-Skal. A member of the Union of artists of the USSR since 1967 Since 1957, party, Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. In 1982 awarded the title of Honored artist of the RSFSR. Awarded the order of badge of Honor and medals. In 1998 he was awarded the Silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. In 2002 was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts. Since 2002 acting Professor of HCII. Today the artist is active and regularly shows his works at representative exhibitions organized by Union of artists and participated in group exhibitions. In March 2002, the Ministry of agriculture in the exhibition hall at the Kuznetsk bridge,20, has successfully held a personal exhibition of the artist's works. Mules O. N. actively participates in social life of Moscow Union of artists, teaches at the State specialized Institute of arts, is Head of the Department of Fine arts of the Institute. Works Loshakova O. N. are in the Tretyakov gallery, art museums and art galleries in Perm, Uglich, Izhevsk, Kurgan, Sochi, Vladivostok, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, in Ukraine, in Donetsk, in Kyrgyzstan, in Bishkek and in private collections in Croatia, USA and Japan.
