Born in Dzerzhinske. In 1963-1967 studied at children's art school, 1967-1971 - in zagorskoe art-industrial school at M. I. Kudyukina.
1971-1974 he worked in art workshops of the regional Department
culture Schelkovo (Moscow region), 1974-1990. – in the Moscow regional art works. In 1990-1995, he was interned in the Creative workshops of the Russian Academy of Arts academicians S. P. and A. P. Tkachev.
Since 1993 works as an artist in the Studio of artists of the MIA of Russia behalf of
V. V. Vereshchagin. Laureate of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia (1999, 2002). Author of thematic paintings "CSU", "Dog", "the partisan spring".
Works are in state museums of Russia, in private collections in Greece, Spain, France, Poland, Japan, England.
