Pupil Of Academy Of Fine Arts. Received medals: in 1797 - 2 silver; in 1799 - 2 gold for the task: "angel brings the Apostle. Peter from prison"; in 1800, 1 gold for the bas-relief at the monument to Peter I; in the same year issued the diploma of 1 degree with a sword. Up to 1806, was left at the Academy for improvement.
