Painter. He studied at the Omsk HU. A member of the artists Union of the USSR (1945). Studied in KHI V. Kostenkova and K. Levi (1951). The participant of many exhibitions. Works are in Ukrainian museums, private collections USA, Canada, Poland, and Hungary.
Died in Kiev, was buried in the cemetery of Berkovtsah next to his wife Kirichenko, Galina, is also a painter (1920-2007). The last exhibition Samkova M. A. was held in Kiev in 1987.
