Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Born in 1933. in Akmola region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. the childhood and youthful years were spent in Karaganda. Lessons learned from the first teachers of painting - the artist V. A. Aperta forever determined the fate of Yuri Semenovich. He graduated from Penza art College named. K. A. Savitsky in 1962. In 1966. moved to South Kazakhstan, Shymkent, where he headed the Union of artists and participated in exhibitions. 1971. member of the Union of artists of the USSR. The work of Yury Yevseyev are in the museums and art Fund of Kazakhstan. The last ten years of his life lived and worked in Adygea.
