Born on 28 November 1957 in the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 1980. graduated from Republican art College named. After p. p. Benkov (workshop V. I. Kuznetsov and Mordvintseva G. I.) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 1986. graduated from Kyiv state art Institute (nowadays national Academy of fine arts and architecture) in the specialty of monumental painting (Studio of Professor A. V. Chekanyuka, teachers: Professor M. A. Storozhenko and Professor Kozakov O. V.).
Since 1986 actively involved in international and national exhibitions and plein air.
Member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine since 1992.
Lives and works in Vinnitsa.
