Born in North Hoshino Krasnoyarsk region. From 1963 to 1968 he studied at the Irkutsk art school of the decorative Department at G. V. Antsiferov. From 1952 to 1955 he worked in the regional drama theatre, Kyzyl, from 1955 to 1963 in the artistic production workshops. Since 1969 working in the Irkutsk creative workshops with HF RSFSR. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1975
