The Courtauld Collection. From the Middle Ages to the 20th century

Ausstellung 3 November 2021 − 8 Mai 2022
The Courtauld Institute of Art in London presents a major exhibition "The Courtauld Collection. From the Middle Ages to the 20th Century".

Visitors will explore one of the world's leading collections of paintings and see masterpieces such as The Descent from the Cross by Peter Paul Rubens, The Bar at the Folies Bergere by Edouard Manet and Self-Portrait with a Bandaged Ear by Van Gogh.

The new exhibition reveals the richness and level of the collection as never before, presenting the full diversity of paintings and decorative arts from the Middle Ages and early Renaissance, as well as exhibiting little-known works by 20th-century artists.
