Ivanovich Ivanov

(1903, p Ostankino Moscow region, Russia — 1971, Chita), member. CX USSR (1945). He graduated from the Moscow higher art and technical Institute (1928). In 1929 came to Zab. Party all the mountains. and region exhibitions (1940). Every year in Chita held his solo exhibition. Member. Cheat. organization of Union of artists since 1937, was elected before. (1946, 1949-50). During world war II participated in the creation of Cheat. "TASS Windows", arranged exhibitions of political posters for businesses and institutions cheats and Cheat. region Awarded the diploma of defense of the USSR (1946). The head teacher of the Central children's art school (1953-64). Worked in the genre of landscape, created the genre paintings of rural and ethnographic topics. Works are in the collections of CHOGM and CHOGM, the Museum of Kurort-Darasun.
