Ivanovich Porubaev

A landscape painter. In 1894 – 1896 studied at ORCHIES. Lived and worked in Yekaterinoslav-Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa. In 1902, he organized the first exhibition of local artists in Yekaterinoslav. Participated in spring exhibition in Odessa (1913) and the exhibition of Odessa Islands of independent artists (1916). In 1916 – 1919 he was the chief custodian of Ekaterinoslav HMM. In 1920 he returned to Odessa. Exhibited O-VA im. K. Kostandi, Church, as well as regional and national. Works are in many museums of Ukraine and in private collections.
