Graduated from Kyiv art Institute (1926, was a student of V. møller and F. Krichevsky). In 1924 he designed the performances in the theater "Berezil" ("Commune in the steppes" Mykola Kulish). In 1929-1935 — artistic Director at the Odessa film studios in the 1935-1941 at the Kiev film Studio. 1945 — graphic designer Ivano-Frankivsk musical drama theatre. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
