Boris Polyakov was born in 1933 in Chernobyl.
Since 1957 he lives in Moldova. He graduated from the school im.I. Repin in Chisinau. Member of the SC of the Republic of Moldova.
Participant of republican and foreign exhibitions. His works were exhibited in Romania, Austria, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Russia.
Works mainly in the technique of watercolor, tempera, gouache, mixed media.
Prefers a portrait genre.
