Fedorovna Komarova

1896−1959
Born in the Middle Urals in the city of Kamyshlov. In 1927 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Art School (now named after I.D. Shadr), where she studied with the painter I.K. Slyusarev and the sculptor I.A. Kambarova. Lived and worked in Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg). RGALI f.2940, op. 3, unit hr 690, l. 1 - 15. She was friends and collaborated with the sculptor Glafira Rudnitskaya. Member of exhibitions, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1947, together with G.G. Rudnitskaya created bas-reliefs on the facade of the Sverdlovsk City Council (administration of Yekaterinburg, Lenin Avenue 24): a bas-relief of D. I. Mamin - Sibiryak, a bas-relief of F. M.
