Was born on 1931 in Budionovsk, Stavropol region, Russia.
Graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Fine Arts (1954). In the 60-s Mr. Pavlenko has been working in the workshop of A. Konstantinopolsky. In 1978-2002 he has been working at the department of graphics in the Kharkiv Institute of Fine Arts and Industry.
A member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, and of the International Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 1965 participated in numerous art exhibitions. His artworks are being kept in art-museums of Kharkiv, Simferopol, Zmiiv, Barvinkove, as well as in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
