The Museum of avant-garde mastery (MAGMA)

The Museum of Avant-Garde Art (MAGMA) is a constantly updated private collection that includes several hundred works of art, including paintings by famous Russian artists of Jewish origin, photographs, masterpieces of graphic art and sculpture.

The collection contains the works of Valentin Serov, Leon Bakst, Marc Chagall, El Lissitzky, Chaim Soutine, Amedeo Modigliani, Eric Bulatov, Ilya Kabakov and others.

The project was created in 2001. The president of MAGMA is Vyacheslav Moshe Kantor. The mission of MAGMA is to spread the ideas of tolerance and mutual respect in the world, the unification of all mankind in the face of the challenges of terrorism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism. The project demonstrates the extreme importance of the cultural component of modern life and the importance of art in the consolidation of society.
