Palazzo Chiericati is located in Piazza Matteotti in Vecenza.
The palace was built by the outstanding Italian architect Andrea Palladio for Count Girolomo Chiericati.
The construction was completed in the 1680s under the direction of Carlo Borell.
Since 1855, the historic site of the Municipal Museum, Palazzo Chiericati, now houses a collection of paintings, sculptures and applied arts from the 13th to the 20th century.
