Osip Abramovich Avsiyan (20.05.1918-09.04.2003) - schedule. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1944, teacher, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.
Study: N.S. Samokish art studio (Simferopol), P.N. Filonov's school (Leningrad), Moscow Institute of Fine Arts (now the V.I.Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute).
After graduation, Osip Avsiyan taught drawing, painting and composition at the Crimean Art School named after NS Samokish, the Podolsk Art School, at the Moscow Stroganov Institute, the Moscow State Academic Art School in memory of 1905 (now the Moscow State Academy of Arts in memory of 1905).
Osip Avsiyan is the author of numerous articles in the magazines "Young Artist", "Artist" and others. Author of the book "Nature and Drawing by Presentation": textbook. allowance / O. A. Avsiyan. - M.: Image. art, 1985 and "Composition. On the way to creativity" / O. Avsiyan. - M .: Linor, 2004.
