Born in Sarapul, Udmurtia. In 1937-1941 he studied at the Perm HU M. Semchenko, 1946 – 1952 – HHI A. Coquelles and P. Kotova. The participant of Republican, all-Union and international art exhibitions since 1952. The member of Union of artists from 1960. Personal exhibitions took place in Kharkiv (1964 – 1966, 1972, 1986), Sarapul (1972), Izhevsk (1972), Kherson (1986) and others In 1958 to 1963 he taught drawing in HHI, 1964 – 1976 – the chief artist of Kharkiv. Now – Professor of the Department of drawing, Kharkov state Academy of design and arts.

Painter, graphic artist. B. 31 Jan 1922 in Sarapul, Udmurtia. The invalid of the great Patriotic war. Graduated from Perm art school (1937-41), where he studied with M. Semchenko, and KhSAI (1946-52), teachers P. Kotov, O. Kokel. HO member of the CFS since 1960. The participant of Republican, all-Ukrainian, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1952. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1964-66, 1972, 1986; Sarapul - 1972; Izhevsk - 1972; Nova Kakhovka (Khersons. region) -1972,1986; Krasnograd (Kharkovsk. region) -1986; Kherson -1986. Works in hhpi, Professor.
