21 Mar 1932 born Viktor Gushchin is an artist – monumentalist, member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Honored artist of Russia.
Born V. N. Gushchin was born in Moscow. Shortly before the birth of first child, the young family Gushchin moved from the village of Palitsa Moscow region to the city. Childhood Viktor spent on the street sailor's silence, in the basement.
Father V. N. Gushchin, Nikolai Dmitrievich in the village worked in the farm, was a Tinker. Could use iron, wood and other materials, which was taught the eldest son from childhood. Perhaps because of this the boy fell in love with the arts and crafts.
Heavy was the child of that generation, the war was brought up differently. Boy, Viktor, was running along the rooftops and dropping the German "lighters".
The war took place, and in 1948, V. N. Gushchin graduated from 378 male seven year old school.
After school, the doctors recommended quiet study and work, as the boy had hearing problems. Probably they were affected by the war and harsh living conditions of those years.
In August 1948 Viktor enters the vocational school № 65 in Moscow and in 1950 graduated from it with the qualification - painter-ultramic 5 category.
While training at a vocational school Guschin V. N. recorded in ISO-a school for children of the office for the arts, which graduated in 1951, with a good character.
In 1952 Viktor Gushchin entered the Moscow higher art-industrial school (b. Stroganov).
At art school he met his future wife Nesterenko Galina.
During study repeatedly was on business trips, he studied special courses in various areas of decorative-applied art.
In 1957, in collaboration with the artist-monumentalist Ilya M. Broido, was awarded a silver medal of all-Union competitive exhibition on the eve of the Moscow International festival of youth and students.
Graduated from Department of monumental-decorative painting (workshop of V. B. Jordan) in 1959.
In the same year military training at MVHPU profile "commander with a camouflage platoon.
In August 1965, joined the Communist party of the Soviet Union.
In 1966 he joined the Union of Artists of the USSR (Ministry of agriculture). 1963 participates in exhibitions, organizes personal exhibitions in Moscow.
Viktor Gushchin is an author of works of monumental-decorative art (painting, mosaic, ceramics, stained glass, relief) for public buildings in the cities of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The last years of his life were mainly engaged in easel painting, including technique of enamel.
His works are in the Museum of applied art in Moscow, Zagorsk Museum, museums of Hungary, and private collections of Japan.
Unfortunately, most of the works of Victor N. Gushchina not preserved, as it burned down his workshop on the Big Dmitrovka. Burned the rich library of the artist, many different collections (of minerals, Antiques).
Died V. N. Gushchin June 23, 2015 surrounded by family: his wife, loving daughters, grandchildren and great-granddaughters in Moscow at 83 years of age.
