Vladimir
Alexandrovich Zhugan

Born in the village of Lykhivka, Dnipropetrovs'ka oblast. He studied at the Dnepropetrovsk art school under M. Panin, N. Pogrebnyak (1946 – 1951). Began to exhibit works at art exhibitions since 1949. A member of the CFS since 1964. Honored artist of Ukraine. The HMM works are in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kamenetz-Podolsk. Lived and worked in Kyiv.
