Biography and information
Painter. B. November 20, 1879 in the village of Semenivka, now Chernihiv region - mind. On January 2, 1947 in Kharkiv. Studied at Kiev art College (1904-09), the Moscow school of painting, sculpture and architecture (1909-13) K. Korovin. Member of the Association of artists of red Ukraine from 1926. He taught at the Kiev school of art (1915-25), Kyiv hudojestvennom Institute (1925-32), Kharkiv art Institute (1932-41), Professor (1939).
