In 1979 he graduated from Moscow art-industrial school (former Stroganov) at the workshop of G. M. Korzhev. Degree work – sketches of the murals of St. Sergius of Radonezh on Kulikovo field (architect A. I. Shchusev).
In 1985-1989 he worked in Creative workshops Academy of Arts under A. P. Tkachev.
A frequent participant of major Russian exhibitions, including "60 years of Victory" (2005), "250 Years Russian Academy of fine Arts" (2007).
Works are kept in Museum of Russian Art in Kiev, Orel art gallery, Belgorod art Museum.
