Honored Artist of Russia. Awarded with the Diploma of the Academy of Arts of the I degree.
In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Moscow State Art Institute named after IN AND. Surikova, in 1993 - of the same name
Institute for the Studio of Portrait of Professor I.S. Glazunov.
In 1989 he was admitted to the Union of Artists of Russia.
From 1995 to 1999 he studied at the Creative workshops of the Russian Academy of Arts under the guidance of the People
Artists of the USSR, Academicians A.P. and S.P. Weavers.
Solo exhibitions of Igor Mashkov were held in 1998 and 2000 in Moscow at the Central House of Artists.
The artist's works are stored in many private collections in Russia and abroad.
