Biography and information

Born in Leningrad in 1952, studied at the naval school, then at art College named after V. Serov. Since 1976, engaged in abstract composition with Nikolai Sychev. 1977-1989 – the main artist of the company "Falcon".

In 1980-1982 engaged in the painting of the Orthodox churches in Pskov region. Since 1983 – one of the organizers of the exhibitions of the Association of Experimental Fine Arts (TEII), the Leningrad underground. In 1987 organizes the first exhibition devoted to the Millennium of the baptism of Rus. Meets in Karelia artist cosmeston Boris Alekseevich Smirnov-Rusetskiy, it becomes a spiritual companion and friend. Jointly with Smirnov-Rusetski a series of exhibitions of Russian cosmists in Moscow, Leningrad, Stockholm.

Participated in more than 150 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Consultant to the Stockholm gallery "Terseus" in modern Russian art.The author of the concepts of "self-Developing square" and "Geometry of space". One of the organizers of the group "Fifth quarter" and "7" (seven). Member of the international Federation of artists (IFA), member of the Creative Union of artists of Russia. Together with Sergei Kowalski is the founder of the Museum of Nonconformist art, St. Petersburg. He is Vice-President of the Association "Free culture"/Art - Center "Pushkinskaya-10". The Director of the Museum of Nonconformist art. She has curated over 100 exhibitions of artists "gazanevsky culture", Russian cosmism and exhibitions of young contemporary artists.
